What is your rental criteria?
Our main criteria for renting an apartment is that the prospective tenant not have any recent felonies or evictions and earn an income of at least 2 ½ times the cost of rent.

Do you have 24 hour maintenance?
Yes, we offer round the clock emergency maintenance for our tenants.

Do you have an application fee?
The application fee is $35 per adult on the application or $35 for a married couple.

When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first day of the month. A late fee of $25 dollars will be charged on the fifth day that rent goes unpaid with a $4 charge every day thereafter.

Do you allow pets?
Our general policy with pets is nothing over 50 pounds. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 dollars will be charged at the time of move in. There is a limit of one pet per apartment.

What is your notice to vacate policy?
Residents must give a written 30 days notice of their intent to vacate by filling out one of our Intent To Vacate forms available both in our office as well as in the Commonly Used Forms section of our website. Completed forms must be submitted to our office or to your on-site property manager.

Do you offer resident referrals?
Many of our apartments offer resident referral programs. Please check with your property manager for the terms of your properties program. If your property does not have a manager on site, please call our office at 602-957-4999 for your property’s terms.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cashiers Checks and Money orders as forms of payment.

How do I get my security deposit back?
In order to get one’s security deposit back at time of move out, a resident must ensure that they have paid the entirety of their rent as well as leave their apartment in the same condition it was in at time of move in. Tenant must give proper notice of intent to vacate and all keys must be returned at time of move out.
