Job Descriptions:

Leasing Agent

A leasing agent would be responsible for the leasing, customer service and administrative activities at an apartment community. Both part-time and full-time positions may be available. A real estate license is not required for a leasing agent.

Property Manager

A property manager would be responsible for the daily operations of the apartment community. An ideal manager would posses' excellent communication skills, be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task. A property manager does not need a real estate license.

Maintenance Technicians

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the maintenance repairs, installations, and equipment inspections of the apartment community. Technicians would perform a variety of duties including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, apartment repairs, and other services.

Community Housekeeper

Performs the housekeeping duties for the apartment community. Responsibilities include grounds clean up, cleaning apartment homes before move-ins, as well as the offices, laundry rooms, club houses, etc.
